  • We use a psychometric test,  Prevue for Careers to benchmark candidates.  The test assesses abilities, interest and personality traits of candidates and establishes person to job fit.
  • We have a database of over 250 job benchmarks which has been standardised within the South African context.
  • Benchmarks were created in two ways by using norms of people that does the job well and by a team of Psychologists, Career Advisors and HR Managers.
  • Clients and Candidates are provided with a detailed report and feedback.
